This Privacy Policy explains how the CourierInfo app ("the App") collects, uses, and stores information.

During registration, the user is asked to accept this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of this policy.

1. Information Collected

The App may collect and process the following information:

• Username
• Email address
• User ID (UID)
• Delivery data such as price, distance, and source app
• User settings and usage preferences
• Subscription data and usage permissions
• Basic usage data required for App operation
• Technical information sent as part of bug reports, if the user chooses to submit one

2. Purpose of Use

The information is used for:

• Operating the App
• Calculating and displaying delivery profitability data
• Saving user settings
• Managing the user's account, subscriptions, and usage permissions
• Improving the App's performance and stability
• Diagnosing issues and providing user support
• Securing the account and preventing misuse of the service

3. Required Permissions

Accessibility Service
The App uses an accessibility service to read information displayed on-screen in supported delivery apps, solely to calculate delivery profitability for the user. The accessibility service does not perform automatic clicks, does not type text, does not modify content on the device, and does not collect passwords.

Notification Access
The App uses notification access permission to identify deliveries and relevant alerts from supported apps.

Overlay (Draw Over Other Apps)
The App may display real-time information via a floating window over other apps.

4. Information Not Collected

As of the current date, the App does not collect:

• GPS location
• Passwords
• Private messages
• Phone numbers
• Credit card details

5. Google Sign-In

The App may allow sign-in via a Google account. This may provide basic account information, including name and email address. This sign-in method is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Data Storage

App data may be stored both on the user's device and on Google Firebase servers, depending on the functionality the user engages with (for example: sign-in, account management, subscription, support, and account data storage).

Local data is stored on the device only, while data required for account management, service delivery, support, and improving App stability may be stored securely on the server.

The App operator retains information only for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal requirements, and provide user support.

7. Data Sharing

As of the current date:

• The App does not sell personal information to third parties.
• The App does not share personal information with delivery companies.
• The information is not used for third-party advertising purposes.
• The user's email address and personal information are not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Data Deletion

The user may delete their data through the options available in the App.

Where an account deletion option exists in the App, account deletion will be carried out in accordance with the deletion mechanism available in the App, and will result in the deletion of account data in accordance with this policy.

In addition, the user may clear local data stored on the device via the App's options or via the device's operating system settings.

9. Data Security

The App operator employs reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect information, including restricting data access permissions at the database level so that each user may access only the information belonging to their own account. However, absolute protection against unauthorized access, security incidents, or events beyond the App operator's control cannot be guaranteed.

The App operator periodically reviews data access permissions and updates them as needed, in order to minimize data exposure to the minimum required for operating the service.

Personal information is used solely for operating the service, maintaining it, and providing user support.

10. Policy Changes

The App operator may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
